Q: How does the online consultation work?
A: We now have a new system in place through our new health care reform which allows patients to access doctors online through a consultation service. The traditional exam in a doctor’s office is no longer needed to receive certain prescription medications. A very simple online questionnaire is available for you to fill out and the physician will review your request for the medication you are requesting and the reason for it. Although online consultations are limited to specific medications, we in no way can replace the traditional doctor for some illnesses and prescriptions. The government has deemed certain medications that are thought to be safe for customers to purchase through online consultations help to defer costs and help the over-burdened medical establishment.
Our pharmacy always meets and even exceeds the regulations by the FDA and government that now oversee our new health care system. We use US licensed physicians that we send your order to. Our US licensed and fully qualified pharmacists provide you with the utmost quality service for our customers. All of our medications are bought from pharmaceutical wholesale distributors that are legitimate and must pass rigorous tests from their own countries as well as ours. We buy directly from some manufacturers, depending on the prices. You can feel comfortable that we also make you our number one priority and we bring you the best medication and prices available to us.
Q: How do I place an order with you?
A: Once you have completed your online medical questionnaire, completed your ordering process and supplied us with your credit card information and address, we send your medical questionnaire to a licensed doctor who reviews your order. If he approves it, the doctor will then write out a prescription for you. The doctor will then send it to us for dispensing. We will then have one of our pharmacies dispatch your prescription to you.
Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We have supplied our complete privacy policy along with our terms and conditions on our order page for you to review and agree to. We take your security and privacy very sincerely. We have a secure system for ordering your medication and we use secure encryption whenever personal or financial information is being transmitted via the computer to our pharmacy.
Q: Which medications are available to the public?
A: You will find a complete list on our product page. Online pharmacies are not allowed to sell controlled substances. Those prescriptions still require you to visit your own doctor and receive a hard copy to take to your pharmacist. Some of the medications we are not allowed to sell are Lorazepam, Ativan, Valium, Klonopin, Diazepam, Clonazepam and others such as hydrocodone products like Oxycontin, Norco and Vicodin.
Q: Are your physicians licensed?
A: We use only US licensed and board certified physicians along with US licensed pharmacies.
Q: Do you deliver to post office box addresses?
A: We must deliver to a physical address where someone is home over the age of 18.
Q: Does someone need to be home when my prescription is delivered?
A: Yes, an adult must be present to sign for the plain package that your medication will arrive in.
Q: Can you deliver to my state?
A: We cannot ship to all states due to regulations. We have a current list of states that we can ship to on our order form.
Q: Which type of shipment do you use?
A: We ship all orders by next day FedEx.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Orders may be cancelled before the shipment has left our facility for delivery. Once the prescription has been approved or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our terms and conditions policy on our order page.
Q: What is your policy for returning items?
A: We are unable to refund or exchange prescriptions according to the FDA regulations. We ask that you refer back to our terms and conditions section on the order page.
Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time. We are only allowed to ship within the United States.
